She is survived by: her husband Patrick Howard Riggs; her children, Kristen Riggs Welsh (Bryan), Rebecca Frasure (James) and Brian Riggs (Ashley); her siblings, Deborah Pelone Ferdon, Michael Pelone, Christopher Pelone, Anna Pelone Greer and Joseph Pelone; her grandchildren, Emily, Matthew, Naomi, Ronan, Mikayla, Zoey, Ava and Levi; and her aunt Elizabeth'Bit'Pelone Herndl. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
A reception was held on Saturday, April 12th 2025 from 12:00 PM to 2:00 PM at the Family Residence.
