He was predeceased by: his mother Donna Lockemy McIntyre; and his brother Tommy McIntyre. He is survived by: his father Darell McIntyre (Diann) of Hubert, NC.; his son Nicholas "Nic" Spivey; his girlfriend Heather Martin; and his half-sisters, Ashley and Morgan.
