He was predeceased by: his parents, Hazel Ellis and Dorothy Ellis. He is survived by: his brother E. Scott Ellis (Donna); his niece Sierra Ellis; and his cousins, Angela Jackson (James), Cheryl Ellis, Deborah Brown (Myron), Katrice Wallace (Algernon), Kim Young, Pam Howze (Michael), Steven Mansel and Yolanda Lee.
