She was predeceased by: her parents, Reverend Fred Pinckney and Zura Gather Pinckney; her husband John Andrew Boyd; and her son Eric Boyd. She is survived by: her sons, Milton Boyd (Lois), Antonio Boyd (Wynne) and Robert Hawkins (Darlene); her sister Elizabeth David of Detroit Michigan; and her sister-in-law Penny Summons (Gregory). She is also survived by nephews, nieces, and a host of very special friends.
