She was predeceased by: her brother Oswald Arendt. She is survived by: her daughter Jennifer Loven Ballentine; her son-in-law Christopher Cooper; her grandchildren, Eliza Ballentine and Christopher Cooper II; and her sister-in-law Joyce Arendt.

In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to US Against Alzheimer's or the Sierra Club.
