It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Elizabeth J. McLaughlin of Charlotte, North Carolina, born in Providence, Rhode Island, who passed away on October 10, 2023, at the age of 78, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Joseph E. McLaughlin and Martha M. McLaughlin (Stiles); and her sister Louise Ellen McLaughlin. She is survived by: her sisters, Jean M. Lamarre (Albert) of Pawtucket and Ann M. McLaughlin of East Providence; her niece Beth Ann Lamarre (Thomas Roderick) of Seekonk, MA; her nephew David P. Lamarre (Lyndsey Ursillo) of North Providence; and her great-nephew Luca. She is also survived by several cousins, colleagues and dear friends.
