He is survived by: his wife Linda Bond-Rodgers; his children, LaSandra Bond of Concord, NC, Freida Hines of Smithfield, NC., Tony McNeil of Washington, DC and Marcel Hines of Smithfield, NC.; his sisters, G. Dean Ballantine of Four Oaks, NC and Joshlin R. Williams; his brother-in-law Rossie Williams; and his brother Jeffery Rodgers of Four Oaks, NC.. He is also survived by Grandchildren, a host of nieces, nephews, relatives and friends.
