He was predeceased by: his mother Phyllis Antosia Balzer. He is survived by: his wife Jane; his daughter Chelsea Rae Perry (Collin); his grandchildren, Nathan and Avery; his sons, Corbin Edward Balzer and Edward Chase Balzer; his father Edward Joseph Balzer; his siblings, Lisa Balzer, Greg Balzer (Teresa) and Randolph Balzer (Suzie); and his sister-in-law Judy Ainsworth (Dan).
