Dolby of Charlotte, North Carolina, born in Raleigh, North Carolina, who passed away on August 11, 2023, at the age of 78, leaving to mourn family and friends. Community Colleges Foundation, Carolinas Partnerships and the Washington, D.C., Martin Luther King, Jr. National Memorial Project Foundation, Inc.
