It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Edna Earl Faulk of Charlotte, North Carolina, born in Lumberton, North Carolina, who passed away on November 8, 2024, at the age of 85, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, James Franklin Faulk and Edna Louise Merrick Faulk; her daughters, Deborah Kay Faulk and Jean Carol Faulk; and her siblings, Walter Faulk, James Faulk, Warren Faulk, Rennette Faulk and Hopie Carol Faulk-McKnight.
She is survived by: her children, Wanda E. Faulk-Donovan of Fayetteville, NC, Anita A. Faulk-Huddleston (Dwight) of Raeford, NC, Donna M. Faulk, Karen Faulk-Brown (Gary) of Indian Land, SC and Baxter O. Faulk (Alonda) of Charleston, SC; and her sisters, Jeanette McMillan (Abraham) of Lumberton, NC and Clara Faulk of Fayetteville, NC. She is also survived by loving grandchildren, great-grandchildren, great-great-grandchildren, nieces, cousins, and dear friends.
Visitation was held on Saturday, November 16th 2024 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Floyd Mortuary & Crematory, Inc. (809 E 5th St, Lumberton, NC 28358). A funeral service was held on Saturday, November 16th 2024 at 11:00 AM at the Floyd Memorial Chapel (809 E 5th St, Lumberton, NC 28358). A burial was held on Saturday, November 16th 2024 at the Meadow Brach Cemetery.
