She is survived by: her husband Jay; her children, John Jacik of Charlotte, NC, Robert (Megan Jacik) of Charlotte, NC and Kathleen Jacik of Charlotte, NC; her brother Harold (Gilda McGuire) of Long Beach, NY; her grandchildren, John Jacik of Charlotte, Nicole Jacik of Waxhaw, NC and Brandon Jacik of Kendall Park, NJ; and her stepgrandchildren, Zoe Almeida and Andrew Garza. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
