He was predeceased by: his parents, James Dewey Talbert and Beulah Mae Ross Talbert. He is survived by: his wife Dolores Jeraline "Jerry" Polk Talbert; his children, Michael Wayne Talbert (Debbie), Grace Elaine Talbert Hasty (Lanny) and Leslie Anne Talbert Pollard; and his pet Lady. He is also survived by 7 grandchildren and 7 great grandchildren.
