He is survived by: his daughters, Denise Ervin (Chris) of Charlotte and Whitney Hart (James) of Oakboro; his grandchildren, Haley Ervin, Devon Savage, Dallas Savage, Jordon Hart and Haleigh Hart; and his sister Betty Gregg. He is also survived by two great-grandchildren.
