It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Dorothy Wofford Gregory (Charlotte, North Carolina), born in Inman, South Carolina, who passed away on July 24, 2019, at the age of 92, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Jeremiah Joseph and Elizabeth Faye Snow Wofford; her husband Fred McDowell Gregory, Jr.; and her siblings, Alma Wofford Babb, Alvin "Bud" and Benjamin "Benny" Wofford.
She is survived by: her children, Mackie Robertson (Terry), Joe (Cindy) and Jana Alexander (Byron); her siblings, Bobby Wofford (Barbara) and Joann Wofford Gilreath; her brother-in-law Lewis Gregory; and her grandchildren, Drew Robertson (Amanda), Cooper Alexander, Faith Alexander and Hannah Gregory.
