She was predeceased by: her parents, Charlie Wright and Aleana Wright; and her brothers, Charles Green, Robert Green, Johnny Hope and Rudolph Hope.
She is survived by: her daughters, Aleana "Candace" Shipman, Pamula Grier (Earl) of Charlotte and Rasheda Ali of Alanta Ga; her sister Vennie Jones of Charlotte; her sister-in-law Mildred Hope of Charlotte; and her grandchildren, David Omar Shipman, Ahmed and Ali Safeeullah. She is also survived by four great grands, nephews, nieces, and a host of friends.
