She was predeceased by: her husband Jimmy O'Neal; and her daughter Peggy Green O'Neal. She is survived by: her daughter Teresa Ann O'Neal; her grandchildren, Julie Green Peak, Jamie Green and Jennifer Green; her son-in-law Michael Green; and her pet Hank O'Neal. She is also survived by five great grandchildren.
