It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Doris Eason Ross of Charlotte, North Carolina, who passed away on February 15, 2024, at the age of 88, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her daughter Janet Spittle. She is survived by: her husband Clifford; her daughter Sherrie Ross; and her sisters, Elsie Baucom and Ruth Simpson. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.

In lieu of flowers, the family asks that memorials be sent to Blair Road United Methodist Church or Hospice of Union County.
