She was predeceased by: her parents, Paul Russell Koen and Gladys Ella Foxton; and her sister Marilyn Van Loan. She is survived by: her husband Howard Douglas Kellogg; and her sons, Jeffrey, Andrew and Bruce Kellogg. She is also survived by 9 grandchildren, and 16 great-grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers, contributions can be made to the Charlotte Rescue Mission in honor of Diane Kellogg.
