He was predeceased by: his father Eric Byers; his grandparents, Alice Marshall of Charlotte, Patsy Byers of Charlotte, Jackie Jones and Curtis Lewis; and his uncles, Tim Marshall and Larry Marshall.

He is survived by: his mother Linda Marshall Byers of Charlotte; his siblings, Devagio Byers of Charlotte, Timyra Byers of Charlotte and Jaylen Byers of Charlotte; his nieces and nephews, Tymere, Jaida and Nahla; and his aunts and uncles, Benjamin Byers, Jerry Jones, James Marshall, Roberta Byers and Annie Marshall.

In honor of his love of family, the family respectfully requests donations in his honor be made to them for continuing his legacy.
