We are sad to announce that on September 20, 2024, at the age of 49, Derek Nathaniel Maki in Charlotte, North Carolina passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
Though Derek Nathaniel has departed this earthly realm, his legacy endures — a legacy of love that will continue to illuminate the lives of family and friends in the darkest of hours. May his spirit soar on wings of eternal peace, forever cherished in the tender embrace of memory.
He is survived by: his son Luke Maki; his parents, Toni Toth and Phil Toth; and his siblings, Phillip Toth (Tania), Dana Shope (Randy) and Josef Toth (Janine). He is also survived by his nieces, nephews, aunts. uncles and cousins.
