He is survived by: his wife Mindy Furr; his grandchildren, Barrett, Tinsley, Charlotte and Richard Lindemanis; and his son Tim Wallace.
A celebration of life will be held on Tuesday, February 25th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the Providence United Methodist Church (2811 Providence Rd, Charlotte, NC 28211).
In lieu of flowers, donations to the Wake Forest School of Law will keep David's legacy alive.
