It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Daniel Charles Barger of Charlotte, North Carolina, who passed away on November 3, 2023, at the age of 61, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his mother Sandra Richard; and his grandparents, Helena Rich, Claude Rich, Mae Combs and James "Jim" Combs.

He is survived by: his father Larry Barger of York, SC; his friend Allen Hughes; his wife Gaye Pritchard; his daughter Jade Williams (Carlos) of Monroe; his grandchildren, Sunnie Grace and Logan Reign; and his siblings, Rene Barger of Salisbury and Bruce Richard of Rockwell. He is also survived by numerous other relatives and friends.

In honor of his love for others, donations in his name would be appreciated to the Santiago Strong Foundation https://www.santiagostrong.org or to the American Heart Association, https://www.heart.org.
