He is survived by: his wife Harriette; his sons, Charles Jackson Parker, Jr. (Sandy Parker) and Stephen Anderson Parker; his grandchildren, Dave Dowell, Ceci Dowell and Kadee Dowell; and his great-grandkids, Megan, Landon, Braydon, Toree, Alaric, Grayson and Haylee.
