He was predeceased by: his parents, Charles Tinsley and Helen Katherine Tinsley. He is survived by: his wife Mellen Tinsley (Days); his children, Wendell Weathers (Shannon), Jeanelle Tinsley-Rogers (Maurice), Theresa Dianne Tinsley and Charles Edward Tinsley Jr.; and his grandchildren, Mckhenzy Welch, Anisa Weathers, Malcolm Rogers, Austin Tinsley, Armand Rogers, Makaila Tinsley and Nigel Rogers. He is also survived by numerous other relatives and friends.
