He is survived by: his wife Patricia Rumbley (Patsy); his sister Linda Daniels; his stepsisters, Shelby Jean McClean and Bernice Shoffner-May; his son Keith Rumbley (Virginia); his grandchildren, Erika Rumbley, Colin Rumbley, Brianna Muro and Elliott Pratt; his close friend Jim Johnson (Charles); and also Gina Rumbley.
