It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Cecil Jerome Foard of Charlotte, North Carolina, who passed away on March 23, 2024, at the age of 92, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Aline Foard (Yandle) and Ernest D. Grady. He is survived by: his sister Dorothy "Dot" Perry of Columbia, SC; and his children, Tim Foard (Brandy), Kathleen Foard Davies (Tim) of Marshall, NC and Matt Foard (Patricia) of Charlotte, NC. He is also survived by 12 grandchildren.
