She was predeceased by: her parents, John Newton and Florence Wilcox Crow. She is survived by: her husband Natale Barbara; her children, Cassie Lynn McCullers (Bill), John Barbara (Tip), Julie Rossettie (John), Joe Barbara (Jennifer) and Mark Barbara (Stephanie); her grandchildren, Matthew McCullers, Will McCullers, Sarah Nobers (Will), Brother Peter Thomas McCullers, Carm, Natalia Barbara, Max Barbara, Sean Rossettie (Maria), Caroline Rossettie, Benjamin Barbara, Julia Barbara, Olivia Barbara and Grace Barbara; her great grandchild Nathan Joseph Nobers; and her sisters, Anita Tygett of Cape Girardeau, MO and Emma Lee Phelan of La Jolla, CA.. She is also survived by her family, friends.
Visitation will be held on Tuesday, April 15th 2025 from 12:00 PM to 12:45 PM at the St. Matthew Catholic Church (8015 Ballantyne Commons Pkwy, Charlotte, NC 28277). A rosary will be held on Tuesday, April 15th 2025 at 12:45 PM at the same location. A funeral Mass will be held on Tuesday, April 15th 2025 at 1:30 PM at the same location.
In lieu of flowers, the family asks that Masses and prayers be offered for Cassie's soul.
