It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Carrie Corfield Brethauer in Charlotte, North Carolina, born in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania, who passed away on February 24, 2024, at the age of 60, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her father Bruce Corfield. She is survived by: her mother Marilyn Keller Corfield; her husband Gary Brethauer; her daughter Heidi Brethauer; her brother Bruce Corfield; her nephew Keller Corfield; and her niece Ilsa Corfield.
She was a valued member of the Kappa Delta Sorority during her time at Westminister College, where she formed lifelong friendships and made lasting contributions to her community.
