She is survived by: her spouse Carwell Pate; her children, Pamela Pate, Franklin (Donald), Kevin Pate (Shawnett), Calisa Pate-Epps (Anthony), Patrick L Pate and Rhonda Pate Stinson; and her sister Virginia Hollingsworth. She is also survived by twelve grandchildren, and nineteen great grandchildren, as well as a host of loving nieces, nephews, family and friends.
