She was predeceased by: her parents, Rev. Marion Jackson Walding, Sr. and Fannie Johnson Walding; her husband Rev. Harold LeHew Threatt; and her siblings, Dan Walding, Bill Walding, MJ Walding, Tom Walding and Catherine Joens.
She is survived by: her children, Gregory L. Threatt, Elizabeth Threatt Ray (John), Karen Threatt Elliott (Andy) and H. Bradley Threatt (Clara); her grandchildren, Hannah Ray, Vivien Ray, Lillian Threatt, Phoebe Jane Threatt and Cleve Threatt; and her siblings, Jane Martin and Jim Walding. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
Visitation was held on Saturday, January 18th 2025 from 11:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the Woodlawn Baptist Church - Charlotte (4622 Nations Crossing Rd, Charlotte, NC 28217). A funeral service was held on Saturday, January 18th 2025 at 12:00 PM at the Woodlawn Baptist Church (4622 Nations Crossing Rd, Charlotte, NC 28217). A burial was held on Saturday, January 18th 2025 at 3:00 PM at the Kershaw City Cemetery.
