He is survived by: his wife Charlotte Welch; his sons, Byron Keith Welch Jr. (Erin) and J. D. Dunaway (Kelly); his grandchildren, Brody Welch, Hunter Dunaway, Kaydee Dunaway and Jakob Dunaway; his father-in-law William Rose; his siblings-in-law, Conchita Everman (Danny) and Tim Rose (Megan); and his grandchildren, Ellis Ray Garrett, Rondle Reed, Darrell Hatton, Darrell Kennon, David Morton, Luke Turner and Mike Tipton.
