She was predeceased by: her parents, Charles Ervin and Thelma Holcomb Purcell. She is survived by: her daughters, Patricia Mullins Acuff (late James Acuff) and Cameron Ray Mullins (Sheilah Heavern Mullins); and her grandsons, Christopher Ray Mullins (Staci Margaret Mullins) and Johnathan Rush Mullins.
