He is survived by: his siblings, Alice Grimes McLendon and Willie S. Grimes of Charlotte, NC; his nieces and nephews, Linda Grimes, Michelle G. McCorkel (Gene), Mashonda A. Taylor (Tony), Thomas Grimes (Sharonda) and Christopher McLendon; and his sister-in-law Beverly Grimes. He is also survived by other relatives and friends.
