Barbara Emily Phlegar Obituary
It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Barbara Emily Phlegar of Charlotte, North Carolina, born in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, who passed away on January 24, 2024, at the age of 83, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, John R Moleton and Emily Moleton; and her brother John Moleton. She is survived by: her husband Tom; her children, Stephen "Steve" Thomas Phlegar (Lois) of Pembroke, Virginia, David James Phlegar of Greensboro and Elizabeth Anne Crabtree (Matt) of Kings Mountain; her grandchildren, Braden Crabtree, Russell, Thomas, Timothy, Matthew and Brian Phlegar; and her brother Bill Moleton of Tampa, Florida. She is also survived by eight nieces and nephews.
