She is survived by: her children, Dean (Barb Stewman), Linda (Rich Leon) and Fran (Louis Turner); her grandchildren, Livi (Joel Marsh) and Pat (Steph Leon); her great grandchildren, Drew, Kaiti, Dan and Alex; her sisters, Frannie (Herb Browne) and Claire Barnhardt; and also Ann. She is also survived by cousins, nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to Mint Museum of Charlotte, Southminster Foundation or Duke University.
