He is survived by: his siblings, Joanne Wheeler, Beatrice Wheeler and John Wheeler (Snooty); his nephew Rodney Steele; and his nieces, Angela Wheeler Neal and Maggie Wheeler. He is also survived by other nieces, nephews, and close family friends.
