She was predeceased by: her parents, Herman F. Hayes and Lucy W. Hayes; her husband Hugh C. Mitchum Jr.; and her son Hugh C. Mitchum III. She is survived by: her brother Larry A. Hayes; her niece Rhonda (Lloyd); and her nephew Keith (Hayes).
