He was predeceased by: his parents, Fred Werron Knight and Nancy Estelle McKinney Knight; and his siblings, Joe Knight, Betty Boiter and Choice Ballenger.
He is survived by: his wife Charlotte Brashier Knight; his sons, Ken Knight (Suzanne) and Phil Knight (Hara); and his grandchildren, Jake Knight (Alison), Erin Calderon (Roberto), Abel Knight, Joel Knight (Katherine), Anna Castleberry (Drew), Luke Knight, Seth Knight (Molly) and Ruth Tucker (Grant).
