He was predeceased by: his wife Laura Martin Flinchum; his parents, Alton Flinchum Sr. and Mildred Flinchum; and his sister Joyce Flinchum Furr. He is survived by: his son Brett Flinchum (Becky); his granddaughter Grace Flinchum; his nieces, Cheryl Keller (Steve) of Blowing Rock, NC and Tricia Wilburn of Batesburg, SC; and his friends, Judy and Harry Johnston.
