He was predeceased by: his wife Ann Sweeney Baxter; his son Nicholas Baxter; and his brothers, Arthur and James. He is survived by: his children, Clare Baxter, Persis Andrews (Rik), James Baxter, Padraic Baxter (Susie) and Michael.
