He was predeceased by: his parents, Thomas Clayton Dixon and Velma Sykes Dixon; his wife Harriett; and his daughter Jane Katherine. He is survived by: his daughter Gwen Dixon Williams; his sons-in-law, Kevin Williams and David Thomas; his grandchildren, Mary Nell Williams, Terry Williams, Kate Williams, Elizabeth Williams and Cooper Thomas; and his great grandchild Declan Williams.
