She is survived by: her husband John M. Vilas; her children, Sally, Catherine Vilas Stanford (E. Ray Stanford), Diana C. Stanford, John E. Stanford, Robert Jackson Vilas and Elizabeth R. Vilas; her stepchildren, Nicolas Hernandez and Liza H. Wills; her son-in-law Lawrence Fleishman; and her grandchildren-in-law, Benjamin Fleishman, Alyssa Fleishman and Suzanne Fleishman.
