He is survived by: his mother Mattie Edwards Hackney; his daughter Traci Hackney; his grandchildren, Khaidyn Robinson and Destinee Alston; his siblings, Duane Hackney (Latondra), Natosha Farrington (Etetai) and Coretta Headen Gatling (Richard); his close friend Cynthia Bullock; his nieces and nephews, Duane Hackney, Jr., Etetai Farrington III, James Headen III, Andre Ashley, Amari Bell, Jailyn Bell, Dominique Hackney and Taiylen Farrington; his grandmother Lillian Alston; and his former wife Anita Newkirk. He is also survived by uncles, aunts, cousins and friends.
