Wileman Jr. of Chapel Hill, North Carolina, born in Akron, Ohio, who passed away on January 7, 2024, at the age of 92, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Ralph Wileman and Ruth Wileman; and his siblings, Beverly June Barber of Brighton, MI, Shirley L. Shill of Brighton, MI and Norman Wileman of Canton, OH.
He is survived by: his children, Laura Wileman Alves of Braintree, MA and John Howard Wileman of Chapel Hill, NC; his grandsons, Henry Birdsall Wileman of Minneapolis, MN and Michael Keane Wileman (Bethesda, MD); and his stepgrandchildren, Leah Alves Polcari and John Alves Jr. of Braintree, MA.
One framed wall hanging was recently donated to the Royal School of Needlework in Hampton Court Palace, United Kingdom, two were donated to the Museum für Gestaltung in Zürich, Switzerland; and one donated to the Gregg Museum of Art & Design in Raleigh, North Carolina.
