He is survived by: his wife Maria; his grandchildren, Jan Tax (Karen), Alex, Lucas, Frans Tax (Lisa Nagy), Niko, Talia, Wienke Tax (Jane Fry), Ariel, Uma, Marieke Steiner (Adam Steiner), Alyssa and Theo; his son Paul; and also, Willem, Emma, Grace, Lucy, Mary and Penelope.
