She was predeceased by: her son Monty Beragon Roberson (Dora); and her siblings, Mary Jenkins and Henry Ramsey, Jr.. She is survived by: her niece Dr. Lorna Harris; her husband John Oscar Roberson; her son Johnny Espic Roberson of California; and also Mamie Lewis. She is also survived by seven grandchildren; and a host of nieces and nephews.
Viewing was held on Tuesday, December 3rd 2024 from 12:00 PM to 5:00 PM at the Knotts Funeral Home (113 N Graham St, Chapel Hill, NC 27516). A funeral service was held on Wednesday, December 4th 2024 at 1:00 PM at the Road Chapel (9112 Bethel Hickory Grove Church Rd, Chapel Hill, NC 27516).
