She was predeceased by: her parents, Frank Wilder and Julia Wilder; her husband George Dutilh Smith; her siblings, Charles Wilder and Catharine Louise; and her brother-in-law James Pope.
She is survived by: her sister Virginia "Ginny" Wenner (Rich); her children, Douglas Smith (Carol "Cookie") and Mariechen "Mandy" Matson (Randy); and her grandchildren, Ronald Smith and Julia Matson Wagner.
