She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, Ruth Evelyn and William A. Clem; her husband James A. Hickey; and her children, Cynthia Gregory and Jason Hickey.
Joyce was an avid sewer and enjoyed making everything from stuffed animals to dresses, and even a few fashionable face masks during the COVID epidemic.
