She was predeceased by: her parents, Wade William "Rocky" Puckett and Alice Bernice Gunter of Ripley, WV.. She is survived by: her children, Angela L. Wiseman of Pinch, WV, Teresa B. Travis of Creedmoor, NC and Jeff S. Hammack of Spencer, WV; her grandchildren, Janet Freshour of Jacksonville, NC, Cody Backus, Scott Travis of Creedmoor, NC, Tyler and Cody Hammack of Gassaway, WV; and her great grandchildren, Alicia Brown, Gavin, Bodhi Guthrie and Mason Backus.
Due to the current COVID-19 concerns, a celebration of her life will be held at a future date.
In lieu of flowers, the family would appreciate donations to be made to any pet rescue to honor Janet's love for animals.
