He is survived by: his wife Barbara; his daughters, Lisa Jacobs (Teddy II) and Morgan Moore (Titus); his stepchildren, Jennifer Jahoo and Steven Jones; his siblings, Mary, Steve, Ralph (Janet) and John; his grandchildren, Teddy III (Areonia), Kobe, Hue, Dene, Dylan, Titus, Tequone and Lyla; and his stepgrandchildren, Reese, Presley and Adalyn. He is also survived by many other family members and friends.

In lieu of flowers the family requests donations be made to Vietnam Veterans of America.
